About Me
I’ve always been curious and sensitive about how our early experiences shape us and our relationships. This isn’t something that simply happens in the background; it’s formed through a complex web of relational experiences that often repeat before we’re fully aware of them. In therapy, I help people slow down, notice these patterns, and make sense of their experiences, with the hope of creating new ways of being that feel intentional, connected, and whole.

I practice from a relational, trauma-informed psychodynamic framework and view psychotherapy as a form of storytelling. My approach is rooted in curiosity, warmth, and care. I work interactively and engage in dialogue throughout the process, with the goal of fostering a genuine connection that supports you in discovering the story you want to live.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I also consider how our cultural, social, and gender identities shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves. Knowing who we are requires understanding where we come from. Keeping this context in mind allows us to do deeper work that creates lasting, meaningful change and helps you recognize the underlying messages and conditioning that contribute to patterns of exhaustion and distress.
